A wife to a marvelous and brilliant husband and a mom to two bright and warmhearted kiddos and two energetic sweet dogs. I was born in the Silicon Valley and raised in the Santa Cruz Mountains and I feel extremely charmed to be able to have experienced both lifestyles and appreciate the differences. I am a very outgoing and energetic people person and have a passion for enjoying a lifestyle that is very fulfilling within my well being. I have had the opportunity to be a part of many different entities that are deeply committed to meeting the needs of the community with the utmost integrity, respect, compassion and care. I am a Certified Medical Assistant and an instructor for the Allied Health Department at Cabrillo College. I am fortunate to be able to educate and support the new and upcoming Nationally Certified Medical Assistants. I put my heart and soul into my own path and that would not be complete if I did not continue to support my friends, family, colleagues, and community in several different ways. Currently, my husband and I manage my son's baseball team with Santa Cruz Little League, I am the secretary of the Board of Directors for Bonny Doon Community Preschool, and I am on the committee for the 2018 Art, Wine, and Brew Festival. I am on a mission to be involved and become a united community while we all pursue creating our own footprints in our future trails!
As an advocate for self healing, I am excited to serve clients at the Network Chiropractic Wellness Center as they venture on their path of wellness and self discovery! After managing and working in various disciplines and spectrums of healing arts, I feel blessed to be part of such a special team here at The Network Chiropractic Wellness Center.
Since starting care under Dr. Bjorn, I have seen positive changes to my climbing and yoga practice. This in turn has given me the necessary tools for a healthy spine that can be transferred into my everyday life. Because of this, I am happy that Dr. Bjorn's work reaches such a wide array of people with different interests and professions that encompass all of Santa Cruz County and beyond. It is an honor for me to give back and be part of this diverse community. I am enthused to assist Dr. Bjorn’s practice members through their healing processes and as they reach optimum levels of health and wellbeing.
